Using Call Log Streams

To access the Call Log Streams page, go to Analyze > Call Log Streams.

The main Call Log Streams page displays a navigable list of all Call Log Stream channel records.

The following table describes the default fields displayed in the list view on the Call Log Streams page.
Column Name Description
Channel Name The name of the Call Log Stream's channel; the default name is "Channel for <area name>".
Status The status of the channel, either Enabled or Disabled.
Created The date and time when the channel was created.
Updated The date and time when the channel was last updated.
Click to modify the profile. The Settings page is displayed. You can modify a subset field as required.
