Hourly Call Volume Trends

This report displays the number of calls received per hour for the selected call type on a daily basis. The date and time are displayed in the MM-DD-YY and GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) formats, respectively.

The report allows developers to analyze the call volume trend at a granular level.



The following table describes the fields in the Hourly Call Volume Trends report.
Field Description

Date

List of days.

GMT

Number of calls that occurred in each hour of the day.

Note: By default, the report displays the total calls in the specified time period. The report can be filtered for the successful, blocked, and other calls.
