Comments

Users express their opinions and share their experiences through comments of the published content on a Portal. By enabling moderation of comments in the Content page on the Portal Settings tab, you can review the comments before they are published and viewed by all users. For more information on setting up comment moderation, see Content for Portal.

The Comments sub-tab lists all comments submitted by the users of the Portal along with the details sorted by date and time. Within the Portal application, users can submit comment against documentation pages and blog content.

The following table describes the fields on the Comments tab.
Field Description

Comment Type

The type and name of the documentation page or a blog against which the comment is submitted.

Display Name

User name of a user who submits the comment. The user account details can be viewed by clicking the user name.

IP

IP address of the system from which the comment was submitted.

Created

Time elapsed since the comment was submitted.

Comment Body

The comment text.
