Enabling or Disabling User Access

The users can be enabled or disabled on the Users page.

If a user is disabled:
  • The users cannot access own accounts.
  • The user's Package keys are disabled, and the user cannot have API access.

You can enable or disable the user access by one of the following ways:

To enable or disable the user access from the Settings page:

  1. Click Manage > Users.

    The Users page is displayed.

  2. On the Users page, under the Username column, click a username.

    The Access Settings page is displayed.

  3. In the Account Status field, click Joining, Enabled or Disabled.
  4. Click Save.

    The status of the user is changed.

To enable or disable the user access from the Users page:

  1. Click Manage > Users.
  2. On the Users page, in the Status column, toggle between Joining, Enabled, or Disabled.
